Test your knowledge by answering 60 trivia questions (four rounds of 15) created by librarian and trivia host extraordinaire Kat Lewin. Recruit some teammates or play solo — the choice is yours! Be prepared to answer a hodgepodge of general knowledge trivia questions. That’s right, for just the second time in four years, we’re going theme-less, so buckle up! Have you ever learned something and said, “well, that’ll come in handy for trivia night someday?” It’s time. There is a 50-team limit. For Adults only. Recruit some teammates or play solo! Julia Greene, Municipal Assistance Coordinator from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, will discuss how to cut down on waste and how to recycle correctly. Julia will give practical advice on how you can improve your efforts to reduce, re-use and recycle in your day-to-day life in order to make a positive impact on our environment. Author Sharon Kitchens will discuss her new book, “Stephen King’s Maine: A History & Guide.” Explore Maine locations that serve as the basis for Stephen King’s fictional towns of Castle Rock, Jerusalem’s Lot, Derry, and Haven. Drawing on historical materials and conversations with locals and people who know King, learn about the places that would become the settings for Carrie, Salem’s Lot, The Dead Zone, Cujo, IT, and 11/22/63.
